Good service and a great deal and very friendly and helpful

Conor, was very patent ,took time to explain the various options and made the experience of buying four new beds an easy one.

The salesperson was helpful and informative, and pointed out various available options, without putting pressure on.

Very pleased with the service at cwmbran store. Tracey was very helpful and explained all the different mattresses. Would definitely recommend.

From the time we stepped into the store we were NOT 'pounced ' upon but found as we were looking around the store manager Lynne L could tell what we were looking for. When she came to assist us we were offered a coffee and a very nice coffee it was!!! I have a number of health issues and Lynne L made sure we looked at all the mattresses that would be suitable, as a woman I looked at many and returned to the very first one, a woman's perogative. When the decision had been made, we also purchased duvet, sheets and pillows, now waiting for delivery and hopefully a good nights sleep.

The assistant was very patient with me I have been to the store 5 times over the last 2 months testing different beds. Every time I had help and was given good knowledge and understanding of the products.

Conor came over to us as me and my partner couldn’t decide on bed/mattress. Once we explained our situation Conor couldn’t have been more helpful and showed us the best deals that applied to us. Found us a mattress that we liked for a cheaper price than what we thought! Great service.
