Dreams - Cwmbran

All the staff was very friendly upon arrival and thought out my decisions. I was offered tea or coffee whilst my wife and I decided on what product. We was also giving space away to talk this was very good as there was no pressure to make a decision. The sales lady was exceptional. 10 out of 10. A big thank you to all the team at Dreams Cwmbran.

Lynnne who dealt with me was very pleasant ,friendly courteous also extremely helpful ,even giving me a glass of water.Also knew what she was talking about explaining how the bed was constructed.I have bought goods from this store in the past and if need be would do so in the future.Thankyou to Dreams in Cwmbran.

Lynne L was very knowledgeable about the products available and advised accordingly. She was friendly and chatty and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision.

We only went to the store to buy some pillows but ended up buying a Tempur mattress (and a few other items). The Assistant who served us was extremely knowledgable without being “pushy” and went out of her way to help us.

As soon as we walked into the store at Cwmbran Retail Park, Tracey, greeted us with a smile, and her friendliness was really nice, no over-bearing sales talk, which to me is very important. When we explained what we were looking for in a mattress, she took us to what we wanted, explained the different type of mattress build, even got a pillow for me to lay on the different mattresses. Nice one Tracey :) Not only did we get the mattress we wanted, king size, we then got a bed frame we liked, king size. Tracey also took it to another level by asking us would we like a Tea or Coffee, which I had 2 lovely coffee's... Thank you hun. Plus we purchased 2 of the coolest pillows that I've rested my head on... Wow!!!! All in all, everyone was really nice there... :)
