The assistant was able to give us time to try out the different mattresses and was extremely helpful with showing us what she thought would be good. We were very happy with they way she dealt with us and our children while we were looking around.

We were served by Tracey at the Cwmbran store and the service was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted just by asking a few questions on arrival. She directed us to the 2 beds she know we would be interested in which saved us wandering all around the store. She advised us on pillows and again knew what each of us was looking for. Excellent service.

Coner served us,he was really knowledgable and took his time to explain in detail about the beds in question.My husband and I were then left alone to make up our minds.There was no sales pressure which we really appreciated. Hence we purchased our bed.The delivery men were prompt and courteous we were really satisfied with the whole experience

Your salesperson Lynne James at Cwmbran store was very friendly,helpful,courteous,informative,efficient and extremely professional. She did not pressurize us at all and offered us a drink while we considered our purchase. We had visited the store the previous day but did not have time to decide so she allowed us to take sample of headboard/divan material with us to check colour at home. This proved very helpful. As soon as we arrived in store we were asked by Lynne if she could help us which proved a time saver as there is a large stock to look at. Placing the order was carried out efficiently and quickly. It was great that we could choose our delivery date and time am/pm and we would not have to wait too long for delivery. We would definately recommend Dreams to family and friends with no hesitation as a result of our experience.

Connor helped us. He fully understood what we were looking for. Very often in furniture stores you can be pressured however there was none of this in this store. This is the 3rd bed we have bought from this store this year

A gentleman came and helped us straight away. Asked what we were after, we were unsure so he told us to try 3 different styles and from that knew which direction to point us. We weren't looking for a bed just the mattress but ended up walking away with a whole new bed too. Cannot wait!

The manager served us and her knowledge helped us purchase the right bed for us

The lady who served us took us around and showed us all the beds we were interested and more. She gave her insight to the products that were available, she even made me a cup of tea while we wandered and talked. Overall a very pleasent experience even if we did spend a fortune.
