Dreams - Cwmbran

From the moment we walked through the door of Dreams in Cwmbran Conor the sales person was extremely helpful, friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained everything to us as we were totally confused with all the items available to us, he told us the products were colour coded for ease of choice, what a great idea! he gave us time to make our choice and at no time did he pressure us into buying anything. He offered us time to sit and chat with a coffee while we made our decision on what to buy. He explained all about the insurance, he showed us the different pillow and bed linen. He took us all through the order and payments, we came from the store feeling extremely satisfied about our purchase and can't wait for it to be delivered. Thank you very much and a very huge thank you to Conor at the Cwmbran Store, what an extremely confident, helpful young man.

The staff were excellent; knowledgeable, friendly and well turned out. My wife and I were given every opportunity to try out all the various products and were not rushed into making a decision. Connor, our salesman knew all there was to know about each product. We would definitely recommend the store to others.

The service & advice given to us by the assistant manager at the Cwmbran store Tracey Smith was second to none & as a result I returned to the store the following day to make a purchase.

We were greeted almost immediately but not hassled. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable. She was friendly and went through a number of things with us. She pointed out deals which went alongside buying the mattress we wanted therefore saving us money.

Today I received exceptional customer service from Tracey at the Cwmbran store in South Wales. She put me at ease and I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. Her main aim was to help me find the right product for a good nights sleep and not to get a sale for the sake of it. She listened carefully to my needs, I have been suffering from back pain and stiff muscles for sometime. After considering my aches, pains a slim frame she helped me eliminate my choices.
