The assistance we received was excellent, the lady was around to answer any questions but was not too pushy, which we hate. She gave us time to look around on our own and did not follow us, which has made us leave other stores in the past. Excellent choice of frames and mattresses and fantastic value for money.

I was greeted by store manager Lynne who was extremely helpful and friendly, and her product knowledge was second to none. She helped me choose the right bed for me and made sure all my needs were catered for even getting me a cup of tea. I highly recommend Dreams as the experience I was give by Lynne in your Cwmbran store was second to none.

The bed I wanted and needed waain stock and was avalaible I was served straight away and I was clearly explained when the bed could be delivered and how much I was having to pay for the bed etc
