Customer service was excellent and very friendly.Tracey was very genuine and had an interest in our needs.Both I and my partner were relieved not to be pounced upon whilst entering the store and we were treated like people rather than sales targets.Coming from a retail background I understand the needs and pressures that sales staff are up against and this sometimes causes an awkward interaction.We received only the best advice and genuine warmth from Tracey who was excellent. Overall a good experience. Thanks Dreams and especially Tracey at the Cwmbran store.

Tracey was excellent

The sales assistant, Conor, was very helpful, knowledgeable, yet not "pushy", in helping us to decide on our purchases. The manager, Lynne, was equally as helpful and knowledgeable in her guidance and pricing our purchases. The beds were delivered on time by two very pleasant young men who assembled the beds and took away any unwanted packaging.

We were very satisfied with our experience from start to finish. We were allowed time to browse and felt under no pressure once approached. The salesman was very good with our 2 young children and took time to understand and appreciate our needs, he gave us many items and alternatives to look at and helped us understand the potential pros and cons. We were offered to purchase addition items, for example pillows and bedding to aid with our purchase. Again there was no pressure to 'add on' sales. The purchasing part was swift, we opted for interest free credit and were told all about it. We were allowed to choose our delivery slot and opted to have our mattress taken away. We would highly recommend Dreams as we had an A1 experience. Thank you.
