The shop assistant was extremely polite and helpful,listened to and understood my needs,and overall she could not have been more helpful. I did mark down the price happiness,because I didn't expect to be paying what I did,but in the end I was very happy with the goods I bought.

The staff welcomed us on arrival and gave us their undivided attention. They were very helpful, listened intently to our needs and quickly provided options to choose from. We were not hassled into making a hasty decision and we're given space to consider our choice before committing to a purchase.

The salesman was very helpful, professional and friendly and was happy to show me different products and answer my questions.

We purchased a bed from you late last year and were impressed with the service we received instore and the delivery service. We have not been disappointed again on our second visit to the Cwmbran store where the lady was very polite and helpful and checked stock on computer for colour and the number of drawers , and the date we would like the bed delivered (which was 3 weeks time ) which could be accommodated and placed the order accordingly. Within 24 hours we received a text confirming the delivery date we had chosen and further details. Great service. So easy. We had looked online at the Dreams website but we do like to go in store and see the product before we buy. Can't wait for it to arrive.

We had only gone into the shop earlier that day, but where so happy and impressed with the price and availability. Also with how attentive and helpful the staff were that we went back after lunch to place our order

Excellent customer service by Lynne (Store Manager) and her colleague Connor. I paid the store a visit a couple of days prior to purchasing where I was greeted by Lynne. She came across very knowledgeable in relation to the variety of items on sale and helped myself and my mother-in-law choose a suitable bed and mattress for my partner. After leaving the store, I discussed the various options with my partner at home who seemed satisfied. My partner and I visited the store two days later on the Saturday where we were greeted by Connor who welcomed us with a cup of tea and some information on current offers at Dreams as Lynne was busy with another customer. I am very happy with the service received at the Cwmbran Store and will return in the near future.
