Friendly, professional service without being at all persistent with a sale, just gave us all the options and allowed us time to choose.

ON going into dreams to look at a single bed for my husband who has disability the gentleman that helped us. His knowledge of what to recommend to us was highly first class. He understood my husband's needs and we came away from your cwmbran store highly satisfied customers. We would definitely go back to dreams for a purchase again.and would recommend your store to friends and colleagues.

We arrived at Cwmbran store to purchase a bed for my disabled mother who needed an adjustable bed and urgently as she needs to be moved to a downstairs room. Jonathan was absolutely brilliant. He gave good advise, helped us through the different choices and offered sound advice. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed into a sale and he was great explaining the VAT option due to disability. Overall he was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and determined to provide the best possible customer service. Our satisfaction and customer service were his main aim which he achieved brilliantly, I really feel he should be commended for the excellent service he gave us and I will certainly recommend that friends not only use Dreams but ask for Jonathan.

Everything was good got a tempur mattress ex display still a lot of money then told no comfort exchange because its ex display which I think is very wrong you still pay a lot of money for tempur and if they are that good why are you not giving the 40 night comfort exchange

Contact by phone resulted in a reserved blow-up bed for my purchase/collection without fuss or time being wasted. I scored this store fir my next visit very unlikely because it is located out of my local area. When I use Dreams again I wil use my local one located at Gloucester.

John the store assistant was extremely patient with me, as I changed my order several times during my visit. He helped me pick appropriate products and advised me about mattress care etc.

They had what I wanted and it was easy to order.

The lady who served me was very helpful. I was only in store 5 minutes and I had everything I'd been looking for and for a good price. Very impressed

Lynne was very helpful, offering tea, biscuits and a pillow as I shopped. She listened to my needs and acted to meet my requirements. The whole process was efficient from entering the shop to payment.
