Connor & Lynne couldn't have been mote helpful. My house Burnt down Monday insurance put us up in premier inn and I only had the clothes stood up in. Both of them made me a tea and biscuits(the first empathetic service of anyone) have always bought my beds here and wanted the similar product. They found the nearest. I wish all assistants were as helpful and sympathetic. By the way they even gave me some cushions.

Very friendly salesman ,not at all pushy .Made good tea and coffee ,therefore no complaints.

We were made to feel welcome including a nice cup of tea, assistant was very patient when it came to picking a mattress due to trying 3 mattresses a few times and make sure we got the temper experience including using the pillows, assistant showed the benefit of mattress protect even pouring water in front of managers was really blown away with the demo. Gave great advice and knew service cover features with the insurances over all felt at home

Our server Connor was very accommodating and was helpful and knowledgeable to any queries we had. Gave us a good understanding of what we would be purchasing and how to take care of our items. He also was very accommodating and offered us beverages whilst we waited and made our purchase l. As a bonus he makes really good tea.

The friendly, happy and professional service provided by Sandra when attempting to determine the best bed for my wife and I was the best received in any bedding store. Knowledge was available on products and the support of other members of the team made us fel comfortable and welcomed as friends of the team. We have already spread the Dreams experience with our family, as service is key to any purchase we make. The people have to be happy, friendly, knowledgeable and have the required time to help when wanted and step away when a little privacy is required. Sandra was fabulous and her colleagues were just as good but in a support role. Well done Dreams.

Very friendly staff and very helpful.

On first walking into the store we had a quick look around before one of the colleagues approached us his name was Conor he made us feel welcome and understood our needs let us try a few of the mattresses out and made us understand pillows also might be the issue why I was uncomfortable using the bed I have now and he was right, his knowledge was excellent as he knew what he was talking about and how it would fit into my needs and once I decided which frame and mattress I needed then the transaction was so easy didn't take 5 minutes to sort out delivery dates etc. So I was very pleased

Very knowledgeable and helpful assistant, who listened to our needs and found us solutions we hadn't thought of.
