Dreams - Cwmbran

The assistant was very knowledgable and helpful. We also visited Bensons Beds where the assistant was nowhere near as good so we returned to Dreams to make our purchase.

From start to finish the Dreams colleague Conor was fantastic. We told him what we wanted and he directed us to the right products. He was very knowledgeable and gave us time to decide what we were going to purchase without breathing down our necks. From start to finish service was swift and in no time we were on our way with a bed being delivered within 4 days...fantastic !!!

Plenty of mattresses to choose from - I was able to lie on them to assess them... Lynne (shop assistant) was very helpful. She explained the variety of mattresses available then gave me time to try them out.

Lynne was great to deal with. We went in with firm ideas about what we wanted and she helped find the items. She offered us a drink whilst we tried a few mattresses and then she provided advice about options we had not considered.

The employee was very attentive to our needs and made sure we thoroughly understood the products he was talking about. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to test and retest the products that we were interested in buying.

We were served by Alex at the Cwmbran store, fantastic customer service, he was very understanding in what we wanted. Showed us everything on offer, and we had so much choice, I sat on so many beds I felt like I had done a work out lol And we only have to wait 5 days for delivery which I could not believe, we waited weeks for our sofa when we ordered that Thank you so much for excellent service

Sales assistant knew what he was talking about and was really helpful and carried my mattress out to our car.
