When i first entered the shop I was greeted in a very friendly but professional manner. Asked what I was looking for, was shown several options untill the best one for myself was found. Everything was explained , I was also shown the mattress that I was purchasing. I did received a phone call after my purchase to explain that the base of bought they only had in a double not a kingsize but was offered a more expensive alturnative for the same price.

The Staff were nothing but pleasant, friendly, attentive & i had a feeling that they were there to help not push you into buying the products that i did finally order. The staff helped me with measuring & understanding towards my worries of the items actually fitting in my house.
