Connor who served us displayed excellent knowledge of the items we wanted and gave us really good advice about the original size of bed wanted. We left feeling happy with the purchase we had intended to buy and with knowledge of what material out mattress we purchased would consist of and knowing this would fit into our house upon delivery with hopefully no problem.

Alex who served us was excellent. He had a difficult job, as we had our young daughter with us who wasn't cooperating fully, which meant he was frequently disrupted and kept having to swap between talking to myself and my partner. He was very understanding and didn't once make us feel uncomfortable with the fact our daughter clearly didn't want to be bed shopping! He took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered alternatives to suit our budget. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received.

Alex was incredibly attentive and gave us all the advice and knowledge we could possibly need, the store manager was also very attentive and helpful. It made our experience and easy at satisfying one.

Store salesman was very knowledgable and explained all options in an easy and friendly manner.

the saleswoman Sandra made us very welcome and had good knowledge and understanding of what we needed, we were offered refreshments and made us feel very welcome. will shop there again.

Very happy with service and choice of beds. Customer service was brilliant with no rush or pressure to make a decision.
