Basically, your sales rep was very approachable, and very informed - we did buy more than we intended to when we entered the shop, but we didn't regret any of the additional purchases with hindsight. I actually quite enjoyed spending the thick end of fifteen hundred quid (not sure how that happened), and we were glad that we had held off going elsewhere and went back to Dreams (where, as it happens, we bought our previous bed and mattress fourteen years ago, in Coventry). Just to temper this comment, though - the mattress hasn't yet arrived, so the proof will be in the sleeping (little pun there!)

Good knowledge of products and very quick and polite

I already knew the type of purchase I wanted to make. However, on speaking to your salesman he showed me how I could adjust my purchase so as to enhance the value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, could not fault them i would certainly recommend them, Dreams was recommended to me by my daughter who also purchased a bed around Chrismas time.

Lynne was very friendly . I am disabled , and Lynne gave me plenty of time to look around the store , and time to test the mattress's . The cup of coffee was also very welcomed .
