Dreams - Cwmbran

Sandra at the Cwmbran branch was very helpful and ffriendly even making us all a cup of coffee. She had a great rappore with my Daughter who was put at ease while she chose her new bed. All our questions were answered straight off without her having to go away to find the answers

The shop assistant, Conor , was very helpful and pleasant and showed us a good selection of the item we were looking for

The assistant was helpful but not pushy.She did not try any sales patter to encourage us to spend more than we wanted.

We were left to have a look around the beds when we first entered the store which we preferred, Our sales lady Sandra was absolutely wonderful, she helped us pick the perfect bed, she even put the pillow that I purchased on all the beds I tried " wonderful " she offered us tea and coffee, was not at all pushy. excellent all round service from dreams.. We are looking so forward to our new bed 😊

The shop was well laid out ,very clean and there was easy acess between the displays. The staff were very efficient and very knowledgeable and we were not rushed into making our decision.

Lynne was very understanding and pointed us in the right direction when we told here what type of mattress we required. e.g. 800/1000 pocket sprung, very quickly decided on our favourite and the purchase process was very good.

It was a very simple process. We came in knowing what we wanted and though the mattress we requested is no longer available, the assistant explained the latest equivalent, picked up a cover and insurance. Items transferred to my car, job done.

Conor's product knowledge was superb and he made my mum feel at ease when making her choice. There was no hard sell just good sound advice. We even managed to sort out a delivery date that suited my mum so that she could decorate her bedroom first before the delivery of the bed. The coffee was good too!!!

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable staff. We did not feel rushed or pressured. Even offered tea or coffee! Excellent customer service, have already recommended them to family who are looking to buy a new mattress!
