The staff where very friendly and understood my needs and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want

Next question I do not want a greeting when I enter stores like most people it is the biggest turn off when shopping let me have a look around first

As soon as I walked into the shop I was approached and asked if I required some help and what was I looking for. Initially I tried a tempur medium mattress which I felt at the time was a little too firm. The assistant Sandra immediately offered me to try a softer version of th same mattress. She gave me advise on the content as well as give me a demonstration of the waterproof cover and the benefits of using it. The whole process did not take long. Obviously it is an expensive mattress and we rely on the assistants knowledge to ensuring is the right product for us. I explained that the reason I was changing my mattress was due to medical reasons. She also gave me guarantee that if for any reason my mattress was not 100% satisfactory I could consider a replacement.

Good range of products just missed out by 10mins from purchasing a great sales item😡

The sales rep was very efficient. Helpful advice and pointed out a sales item which halved the price of our buy.

Spoke to two staff in Cwmbran store / Sandra and Lynne , both were very helpful , knowledgeable about the products and friendly .

I had many queries which were answered by Sandra clearly and comprehensively. I was given advice and guidance in a friendly and professional way. No pressure was applied. I feel confident that I have made the right choice. The tea was welcome too!

The shop assistant was quick to come help us and was very helpful and informative about the products, helping us pick a bed we love. The pillows she offered us when trying out the beds was a big plus and vwry helpful to get the right feel of the beds. We had a grest experience and in the end ended up purchasing a bed.

we found what we wanted at the right price with the assistance Sandra. all arrangements were made there and then for prompt delivery.

First and foremost Conor at Cwmbran Dreams was a great help with his assistance and all round knowledge of the products.There was no pressure selling,just asked what we were looking for,price,etc and then offered some advice and recommendations.His discussed the pros and cons with my wife and even made a lovely cup of coffee!
