Sandra was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She offered us great advice, given our budget, and we are very happy with the bed we purchased.

The information that Conor provided helped a great deal in making the right decision for a suitable mattress. He was friendly and prepared to spend time on the first and second visits to enable us to compare as many options as possible. He also had a good sense of humour which made us feel at ease.

SANDRA at the Cwmbran store was highly efficient understanding and provided options for us to consider before purchasing our bed. We are moving into our house in 2weeks and had spent all day purchasing items for our new home together. The bed was the final item in our list , it was a stressful day. The welcome we received from Sandra was excellent nothing was too much trouble and she even provided us with a cup of coffee . That made it a memorable experience which we will look back on with a smile. Thank you for making a difference 😀

Lynne, the sales assistant at the Cwmbran store, was very friendly and helpful. She talked us through our options after enquiring about our needs and pointed out which mattresses were suited to us. She was patient as we tested a few and talked us through the purchase and delivery options. Would definitely use this store again and will also be recommending to friends.

Has your walk into the store the staff was friendly, if need any help I hear after I look around found what I want,a sales lady help me and offer drink in sorted out the paper work,them told me it would be delivery on wedesday could not fault customer service and time delivery and the text message when the time it will be there.
