The assistant didn't hassle us for a purchase. He was helpful and gave advice I was after. It is a lot of money for us and I wanted to feel confident the purchase was right for us.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff, very informative and friendly without putting too much pressure. Not rushed at all. Visited the store twice and was made coffee in both occasions, very nice touch!

When I walked into the shop I know what I wanted, This lady came over a said ''Welcome to Dreams can I help you.'' I explained what I wanted & she helped me & told me a few things I didn't know about, which made me very happy. I choose my item & went to pay for it, I was offend tea or coffee, she was really helpful. her name is Sandra, really helpful & very pleasant.

I went into the shop with a very specific thing in mind. I was looking for the best quality bed/mattress at a decent price as it would only be used for six months maximum therefore i didn't want to pay silly money
