Dreams - Cwmbran

I have lived in the UK for 10 years now and I have always bought beds and matresses from Dreams in Cwmbran. The service is always superb.

From the moment we walked in we felt relaxes and comfortable with our sales person , we were offered a drink which was a wonderful as it was bitter cold outside ... the knowledge of the sales person was outstanding and she knew exactly what was right for us ... most of all we didn't feel pressured by her at all to buy which to us was a huge thing .... overall a wonderful experience from the moment we walked through the door

We were approached just after entering the store. We spoke with Sandra who told us about the product and the options regarding installation and insurance cover.

We knew what we wanted from the internet, went into the store, ordered the bed previously looked at on the net and the staff helped us pick a suitable soft mattress

My wife first called at the store to have a look around for a new mattress, she was approached by one of your sales team who was very polite and helpful. The member of staff showed my wife around at the different types of matteresses. On our return to the shop as we walked in through the door your sales assistant remembered my wife and continued to show us the mattered my wife had chosen along with a new base. Which we purchased.

The salesperson was very helpful and not at all pushy and we were not rushed to make a decision.

The lady was lovely and friendly and not too pushy, she gave us plenty of time to make our decision

The lady who helped us choose two beds was very helpful and knowledgeable in the type of bed we were looking for. She offered advice and guidance ,without pushing us towards any type of product. The store was well lit and warm and we felt comfortable trying the different recommended beds. All in all a good experience in spending money ......Thank you.
