Assistant was very attentive , knew what he was talking about.

Very friendly stores, Conor knew products well, we were able to make right selection quite quickly, but did nor feel under pressure. Refreshments were offered.

The assistant, Lynne at the Cwmbran store was extremely helpful and helped us enormously. She discussed our needs thoroughly and selected the most appropriate products for us. Extremely helpful and allowed us plenty of time to select without any rush. The store manager was also very helpful and explained all the options.

We were greeted on the door as we walk into dreams, and was after a tv bed, in which 4 were lined up right by the door.. it was an easy choice which one we were after and the assistant understood what sort of mattress we were after and found us a perfect one straight away
