I was welcomed to the store and made to feel at ease. The lady was so helpful as I am normally undecided. I felt I had made the right choice. It was all so easy and not at all stressful even when sorting the finance. Thank you dreams

The adviser alex was fabulous listened to our needs and was able to provide all the information i could want and was clearly enthusiastic about his job. He also made sure to take our budget into account while offering the best product possible he was able to only get me to test 3 beds whereas i would normally have tried every last one in the store. I was unable to make it on the day i saw alex but i made sure to return to the cwmbran store as the experience was brilliant and while he was not there himself his manager sandra was quick and helpful and added some suggestions which i took up. A big thank you to the cwmbran store and ive already recommended it to several friends and my family.

I spent a little time looking when asked if I would like some advice we had a conversation over quality against cost and comfort for such an important purchase, Alex was very polite and took time to go around the store to look at at the options I mentioned and obviously takes a kean interest in his job and has a fantastic knowledge of how various back conditions can be eased with the correct mattress and taking my needs into account! Fantastic offered me a cup of tea well made actually as I suffer with my back, nothing was to much trouble for him and advised of offers with the sale in half price pillows! A professional, with vast knowledge and understanding well done a pleasure to meet and has helped me in making my decision and the reassurance of your 40 day exchange policy giving peace of mind. When we came into the store in Cwmbran we were greeted by Alex. We told him what were looking for and he took us around several mattresses to try out. He listened to our comments and we not only ended up with the perfect mattress but 2 pillows as well. We are waiting for the mattress to be delivered but using the pillows straight away. We have had a perfect nights sleep already. Please give Alex a 'Well Done ' award as he was superb at his job and had a great sense of humor.

I visited the Cwmbran store. Your employee Lynne assisted me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave good advise on my needs and wants and was able to cater/answer any questions I had. The bed I wanted was blocked on the system as it was out of stock, but as soon as it was back in and able to be ordered the dreams Cwmbran team were straight on the phone to me :) Nice atmosphere, friendly and professional approach

Wonderful choice of beds and Alex who assisted us showed us everything we needed to see after explaining briefly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the beds and helped us in his own way choose what we wanted. He was warm welcoming and very very helpful.

Very efficient answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice.
