Sandra who served us was kind, friendly and helpful making time to provide me with two nice cups of coffee whilst not being too intrusive. A perfect balance.

I was satisfied with the price I paid for the mattress and was assisted by a lovely lady called lynne at the store who helped me choose my mattress and explained about the different mattresses in store without being pushy like in other stores,my mattress isnt delivered yet due to be delivered on 19th so cant comment on mattress or delivery yet

The store manager was very helpful and had great knowledge of the products. We were even offered different pillows to gain the full experience of the mattressrs. The manager also gave us great information and made the whole process very stress free. She was not pushy and although she gave us help and information we did not feel pressurised or hassled in any way.

We arrived at lunchtime and was greeted immediately by Lynn we stated that we were looking fir a GOOD mattress but could be persuaded in a bed she took the time to show us numerous mattresses and beds and we explained our needs and Lynn talked us through what was available. My wife had refreshments and my six year old was offered but refused as he was too busy trying beds. Lynne took the time to meet our needs and our budget and I'm looking forward to the delivery

The staff were friendly and I knew what I wanted and was not pursuaded otherwise.Your delivery is free which compared to Bensons is brilliant.

Sandra was friendly and welcoming, and very efficient when it came to the " business" part of the procedure. We were very pleased with arrangements that she made for us, together with the accessories provided with the bed.

Excellent customer service and help to find the right bed for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lynne was helpful, but did not feel pressured. She provided firm pillows and directed us to appropriate mattresses.
