Lynne was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. she made choosing a mattress easy. the whole process took about half an hour.

Had the items we were looking for.

We were offered help as soon as we entered the shop. The lady who served us was more than knowledgeable about the type of bed we were looking for. We were also offered tea/coffee while we decided on which bed to purchase.. The sale was fantastic too.

My experience in the cwmbran store was outstanding, I felt comfortable asking questions as I am a pensioner. Alex explained many things and asked me to try out the difference between all the temprer mattresses he was very helpful and very polite I found he exceeded his excellent salesmanship.

Sandra who served us was kind, friendly and helpful making time to provide us with a nice cup of coffee inspite of her heavy workload.

Upon entering the store we were welcomed and asked if they could be of help. I stated that I wished to purchase a double size firm mattress and was taken to try out four mattresses at my leisure. The assistant came back to enquire our thoughts`and offered to show us two more mattresses for consideration. On trial we decided to purchase one of them. The assistant, Sandra, acted very professional at all times.
