The salesman Conor listened to our needs and advised us on the products he believed would suit us. We received good advice!

was left to look around then approached by an assistant stating if we needed any help just let him know I kind of new the sort of mattress I wanted and the assistant listen to me and took note of the info I provided and showed us to the right mattresses which then we had the hard job to choose one as you have so many I was not badgered or made to feel I should buy a certain type of mattress the assistant understood my needs and was able to advise

We did not feel pressured into making a decision and for each if the mattresses we looked at, Alex the salesperson was very knowledgeable and gave, what we considered to be, honest sand unbiased advice.

The staff were friendly and didn't keep pestering us. The order was placed within 5 minutes. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes from walking in and back out of shop. The delivery service was excellent arrived on time and introduced himself and gone within 5 minutes. Can't say better than that.

I left Dreams Cwmbran feeling highly satisfied with my experience purely down to the staff! I was dealt with by the store manager when first entering the store and as quick as she could she found out what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction - I was also offered refreshments :). Due to just shopping around I left the store without a purchase. I did however, return the next day and was again dealt with by the store manager who was nothing but friendly, accommodating and professional! Another member of staff also helped with my purchase as the SM had to help with another customer but again, he was very welcoming whilst remaining professional. I was made to feel really comfortable and not pressured. Although for myself I found it a little pricey, I guess you "pay for what you get" and I cannot wait to try out my new mattress!!!! Also, having the option and availability of a finance plan is brilliant.
