Alex was attentive, listened and gave us options based on our criteria, was very patient whilst we tried numerous beds. The only negative was that he didn't give us the total costs before we sat down to sign & pay. He did not know the individual prices of the bed base when asked, therefore not giving us the opportunity to look for cheaper options.

The sales assistant talked us through all aspects of the product we were trying and that is what convinced us to purchase

The Salesman a young lad new his product well, I did not feel pressurised at anytime to "buy today" as you do in many similar types of environment. Connor made me feel welcome and special. He is a credit to your company. 👍👍

As soon as we were looking a member of staff asked if we were ok ,then took us to the bed we wanted explained all about it including garantee,s,then took us to see a mattress that was they type we also wanted,again giving us the option as warranty which we took out . All around excellent service

On entering the store we were personally greeted & welcomed to the store by Lynne. After browsing for a short time we were approached & asked if we needed any help. We were offered complimentary coffee while we shopped. Lynne then explained all the mattress, base & frame options & differences. She answered all our questions, encouraged us to try the different mattresses but did not pressure us or rush into a sale at any time. After we made our choice, payment was quickly & promptly carried out. Delivery is for 3 weeks time, not too long to wait.

We knew what we were looking for having visited the shop previously. The store manager was very helpful in assisting us and explaining the differences between two particular mattresses that we were deciding over. She provided different pillows for us to test the mattress and explained about the extended warranty, returns etc. She agreed to a discount and the sale including paperwork was completed very fast. We left the store very happy with our purchase.
