Lynne seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful while being very polite in helping me obtain the right bed and base for me with the specific needs i requested plus size of my room. Went in depth on the base from checking structural designs and if any of it could be altered for preference regarding the storage draw. The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable and efficient. We tried three different beds going back several times to help with our decision, and it was not a problem. Our visit was quick and enjoyable.

The overall experience and treatment by the branch staff was exceptional we knew what we wanted as we had seen it when looking at another companies product from an in store branch. But chose the dreams product. It was plain sailing from there.
