The staff, Conor and the two ladies were extremely efficient, approachable and expert. The store was pleasant and ordered and a difficult decision was made clearer and easier by the staff,

everything went very smoothly and quickly

The shop was busy when we arrived but someone came up to us to explain that they would be with us as soon as they could. We were offered drinks and kept updated on how long before they could assist us. We were very happy with that as it gave us time to browse. Lynne then served us & took time to talk to us about what we were looking for, making recommendations and suggestions that we hadn't necessarily thought of. At no time did we feel like we were being driven to buy the most expensive product but we felt that we were being helped to buy a product to meet our needs. Lynne took time to help with trying out pillows and talked to us about the various mattress types and their advantages and disadvantages and at no time did we feel we were being rushed. We were offered drinks on more than one occasion and made to feel like our custom really mattered. Lynne helped us through the purchasing of a bed, headboard, mattress & pillows and explained every step including about the delivery. All in all a very positive buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The staff member pass positive without being 'pushy' and whilst he had been with Dreams on ly one month hen was very knowledgeable and helpful. The large variety from which to choos was impressive. The store was spacious giving a feeling of freedom rather than some stores that are cramped.

Although the Assistant was busy with other customers she made time to engage with me on two occasions before she was free to give me her full attention. More Assistants are needed though as other customers were also in need of guidance. Once I had her full attention she was very friendly but also polite and professional, and efficient.

We were originally going to buy from another company, only because they had the design we were looking for. I went on line Friday looked at your site only to find you had a similar bed. Showed it to my wife when she arrived home from work Saturday evening, just what Gill wanted colour etc design. Up early Sunday saw a lovely assistant in your branch very helpful and so knowledge. Bought bed and mattress. cannot wait for it to be delivered. First class just bought new house so we will be back Kind Regards David and Gill Musk

The member of staff I delt with was fantastic, very helpful and polite( Coner in the Cwmbran store) I was well advised on which bed to choose and given good advice. During my visit I was never pressurised or forced into buying ( I have experienced this in other shops which always makes me look elsewhere as I never like to be bullied into making a purchase).After being approached by staff I was given time to look around at various beds on my own rather than being constantly followed round ( being constantly watched or followed round is another pet hate of mine!) keep up the good work Dreams in Cwmbran.

Within a couple of minutes of being in the store, although both staff members were busy, one made a point of popping over to say they would be with us shortly. There was no hard sell. We were shown a whole variety of options. The member of staff we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. He couldn't do enough to help :) He made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed rather than a stress.
