Dreams - Cwmbran

We bought a bed with you about 5 years ago and wanted a similar bed. The sales assistant, Lynne, gave us time to look around before offering help. She the showed us all relevant stock downstairs at the Cwmbran store. I mentioned wooden frames and she then showed us the upstairs showroom where they had exactly what I was looking for as a frame. Going back downstairs for a mattress, my husband commented on what a knowledgable lady she was. Lynne then gave me a pillow and patiently waited while I tried and retried all the mattresses I was considering. Eventually I did choose but there was never any pushing or hurrying, I had time. We also bought the pillows that I had tried and insurance for the frame on Lynne's advice but was never under pressure to do so, we did it on her expert advice. First rate service and delivery within 3 weeks(expected 30th November). I can't fault that!

I called into the shop the staff very helpful, I called back in to the shop a few days later greeted again by staff. I actually bought the product I first viewed. I have shopped there a few years ago so would recommend to family & friends.

I was very impressed with the attitude and helpfulness of the manager who helped us pick our mattress purchase. She gave us plenty of time to browse around the shop and then help us with a variety of choices before making our final decision. We were offered refreshments upon arrival and then again why we were placing our order.

The service was of a very good standard from start to finish, from ordering the bed in store right up to us taking delivery of the bed. The salesman in store was most helpful, and the delivery men were very punctual and wore overshoes when bringing the bed into my house avoiding dirtying my carpets. They assembled the new bed and removed all wrappings, and took our old bed with them. An excellent service from start to finish.
