The assistant was knowledgeable,friendly and quick to offer alternatives. Everything was accessible and easy to look at and try .

The gentleman who served us took time to understand what we were looking for. At no time did he try to force into a decision [that we may have later regretted]. He showed us many types of beds in various degrees from firm to soft but the choice was left to us. He was courteous and very patient, a credit to your company.

I bought a mattress & lots of accessories for my Mum in Cardiff via Sandra at Cwmbran last year. Yesterday we looked to be served by her for our own needs, and again she was amazing. We spent a fortune, but it was worth it. A brilliant member of your Staff. Also our Son bought from your store on our recommendation, mattress & pillows. My son said the cooler pillows were wonderful, so we had two for ourselves as well as a new bronze bedstead. Please thank Sandra, Cwmbran store, that we appreciate her knowledge and help. Connor at the Cwmbran store was very knowledgable and showed us how the colour coding system around the store worked and then gave us time to make our decision. Once we were ready to the purchase the process was quick, friendly and smooth. The bed was delivered today and the drivers were friendly and very quick. Overall I am very impressed with Dreams.
