The member of staff I placed the order with was extremely polite, professional and helpful.

Very good experience. With such a vast array of beds on display we were extremely grateful for the excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly assistance.

The lady who helped us was friendly and informative and helped us order the bed we decided on with ease. The weekend delivery service is also handy.

I was very impressed by the level of service we received in the Cwmbran Dreams store We were welcomed our needs assessed and the relevant products identified. Coffee was provided while we browsed When we were ready to try different beds our choice of pillows were provided. We were allowed space to try beds out at our own pace with staff on hand to answer any queries without being pushy. The product knowledge was exceptional and service was supportive and friendly

My wife and I were served by a lady called Janette. She was very knowledgeable in regards to the type of purchase we required and offered every assistance and advice accordingly. . A friendly lady who gave us her complete attention.

The assistant took an interest in our special needs and took time to satisfy those needs.

The customer service assistant Lynne was extremely friendly, she helped numerous times as we went into the store to make our mind up. Dealt with us patiently and answered everything we asked. MUSIC EXTREMELY ANNOYING ON REPEAT ESPECIALLY WHILST SAT THERE FOR 15+ MINS MAKING A PURCHASE.

It was quick and easy to order. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my back pain and brought a catalogue to me so I didn't have to climb stairs. This was a purchase of additional furniture to add to some we had brought previously.
