The lady I dealt with listened to what I wanted and then showed me exactly what I had asked for. The delivery date I needed was a problem but then Anthony stepped in and contacted the distribution centre and was able to sort it out for me. The service overall was brilliant. My son is leaving home so I was ordering a bed for him which has been stressful as I had not been able to find a bed available and to be delivered on the right day. I thank you both very much

I think my purchase was made even better by the sales lady Sandra Phelps. She was amazing and an asset to the company. Was only going to by the matress but came away with it all. She was amazing..

The female assistant professional knowledgeable and listened to our requests was friendly and at no time put pressure on us to purchase. Drinks were given while we sat to make the order. Felt it was a very personal experience.

Very pleasant overall experience, Before retirement I worked for many years in retail. The youngman Conor was brilliant, and someone I would have employed myself.

Conor was excellent at the Cwmbran Dreams branch, customer service exceptional and was patient in meeting needs in choosing the right mattress for my husband and I. He also explained products well and time spent in deciding was no issue, thank you 😀

Sales assistant was really helpful and knew his stuff about tempur products. Clearly explained the differences in mattresses and allowed us to take as much time we needed including time to be on our own and discuss what we want from our new bed before making a final decision on what bed to buy Really pleased with what we decided to buy and don't feel that we were pushed into making a decision on a product that we weren't happy with
