Left to have a look around then approached by conor and offered help.given some advise then left to look again . Found bed frame we liked then given more advice about mattress. All details taken to make purchase delivery being made in a week's time.

The lady in the Cwmbran store who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses. She was helpful, polite and not at all pushy. With her help we made a purchase we're really happy with. Please pass on my thanks to her.

This was a purchase for my 83 year old grandfather. The staff member, Lynne, appreciated his budget, did not try to sell him products he did not need and she pointed out which ones would be of benefit to my grandfather and his personal circumstances.

Conor was the shop assistant who helped find the right bed and mattress for us. He even went to lengths, moving our favoured mattress onto different bases for us to see the difference. He was friendly, helpful and didn't apply unwanted pressures which would have put us off shopping at Dreams. Everything was well explained and Conor came across as very knowledgable and was quickly able to identify what we were looking for and which mattresses to direct us too. We were in the store a while (about an hour) and we were offered beverages and all the time we needed. We had a pleasant buying experience and are looking forward to receiving our purchases on delivery day. Many thanks.

I took my mother to the store to purchase a new bed. My mother is terminally ill with cancer. The store assistant (Sandra Phelps) clearly has great compassion and a way of speaking to customers. She helped my mother and spoke to her in such a caring way it felt like we were dealing with a close friend. She read the situation exceptionally well and tried her hardest to facilitate a quick delivery. She is obviously a sympathetic person who represented your company in a exceptional manner. I am truly grateful that what could have been a challenging time for us, especially my mother, become such a calm and relaxed purchase. Thank you so much. I hope who reads this feeds back to Sandra and her immediate line management about our gratitude.

The product was we wanted was found very quickly we were showed other examples,the lady was very helpful we were even offered coffee.

The sales representative was extremely polite, well informed and understood our exact needs.

Found the bed frame we wanted and the colleague who served us helped us find a mattress and was very helpful regarding the sizes of the bed
