The overhaul service from start to finish was very good

Quick efficient service pleasant experience

The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful in giving us the information we needed when looking at the various mattress options. She was also great at knowing when myself and partner needed some time alone to discuss the purchase.

I was very impressed with the service, the female member of staff could not have been more helpful. She offered a demonstration of the tempur mattress, a cup of tea even and I was able to try a pillow too. I changed my mind about the bed base once the order was complete, but she didnt flinch. I was advied it was no problem to change.

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant

We had previously looked in the cwmbran store for a bed. On speaking to the shop assistant he suggest that we come back later on and purchase our bed towards the end of the month so that we could have a later delivery. On returning a week or two later we spoke to another lady who told us that the bed would cost around £60 for delivery. On hearing this we were surprised because we only live around 10 minutes away. We left that day slightly disheartened. As that would of taken the price of the bed way out of our price zone. However we looked at the website and we followed the purchase of our bed through and it didn't ask for a delivery few. We returned to the store the next day and expressed our concerns to a lady called Sandra Phelps and she discounted our delivery fee which honestly ment the world to us as we are trying to save as much as we can as we are first time buyers trying to save as much as possible. We are truly greatful to her and her help.

Coner, who served us was very knowledgable and patient. We didn't feel at all rushed and we are delighted with our purchase. It is a very important purchase as my wife has a muscular illness and we received great service.
