The service we received from Janette was excellent she gauged the amount of interaction with us as customers spot on, on entering the store she welcomed us asked if we were looking for anything in particular, advised where we could find what we were looking for gave us space to look and discuss our needs and was on hand to provide advice and efficiently place our order. Excellent service

My partner and I visited the Dreams store in Cwmbran on a Saturday afternoon. We weren't pestered as soon as we walked through the door which can always be putting off. We were welcomed by a friendly 'hello and how are you' and then proceeded to have a look around the store. After we had a good look and gentleman named Conor came over to chat with us, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the store, he took into consideration everything that we wanted and gave us different options. We liked two beds and a mattress so Conor went above and beyond and checked the price difference between either bed, he was honest on the cheaper version and completed the sale promptly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to send anyone to this store, we will definitely go back again and cannot wait to receive our new bed and mattress. Thank you Conor!!

The gentleman that served me (ashley) was very helpful and really good distracting my two boys by giving them balloons and letting them play with the calculator. He wasn't a typical pushy salesman.
