Ashley was the assistant helping us and he was extremely helpful without being obtrusive. He offered us a great deal and his knowledge of the products and suppliers was excellent.

Ashley in the Cwmbran store was very helpful and not at all pushy, we were left to look around on our own until we needed his help. He was friendly and chatty and very patient. We did not feel rushed or forced into buying. What a credit to your company!

Lynne was incredibly helpful in discussing the products and explaining everything. The quality of the product chosen was highly satisfactory and Lynne again was very helpful in choosing the right accessories and to organise the necessary delivery.
