Your assistant Lynne James was very helpful without being pushy asked questions and was able to direct us to the area of the store we needed to try the beds of the correct firmness we required she was very knowledgeable and professional told us of special offers and alternatives to our selection if we wanted!!

I first telephoned the store about the bed I was interested in buying and was informed by Sandra that as it was a MADE TO ORDER item she wouldn't actually be able to show me, but she could show me a large picture and the information on it on the customer touch screen monitor. As I made the purchase Sandra made me a lovely cup of coffee and it was in a beautiful bone china mug too. Quality! Thank you Sandra.

The sales advisor was very friendly and helpful without being over bearing. We visited to the store on Tuesday 14th June and explained we wanted a bed delivered as soon as possible. The advisor showed us which beds would be available quickly, we made our decision and were very pleased to hear that the bed will be delivered on Friday 16th June. Would highly recommend.

As soon as we entered the store we were asked if we needed any help. The assistant was very helpful and very knowledgable. We decided to go and have a coffee in a nearby coffee shop to make sure we were happy with the products offered. There was no heavy sales pitch to stop us from leaving the store only the reassurance that she would be be happy to answer any queries on our return. When we returned she was very efficient and helpful in taking our order.

I telephoned the store and spoke to Sandra and asked if they had a particular type of mattress but was told that no they didn't but they had very good quality mattresses in store. Sandra then went through the various options with me. I decided on Tempura and she asked if our household had a Blue Badge. I said yes and she explained that I would not have to pay VAT on my purchase because of this. Sandra was extremely helpful and I decided to visit the store and make the purchase. Upon entering the store Sandra again was extremely helpful and I have to say a credit to your company. I will certainly return and tell my family and friends of the helpful service I received.
