Sandra, the sales person was really helpful, I would recommend her and the store to family and friends.

Jan, the Sales lady who dealt with me was very friendly and helpful and the whole process was completed smoothly and swiftly.

I was indecisive and messed the staff around and they were still brilliant and patient.

Within a short while of entering the store both myself & my wife were approached by Sandra Phelps. We were looking at the Wakefield mattress which we both liked, Sandra confirmed our approval of mattress & proceeded with our order. Sandra advised us of 8 year warranty which we then purchased.

At the beginning we were allowed to browse without any interference from anyone. Later when we needed help, we told them our needs and we were pointed in the right direction where we were told about the product. Having decide on a product, we were taken to a desk and everything was sorted within ten minutes.

Really knowledgeable staff, friendly & really helpful, not pushy, as that would have made me uncomfortable, an all round great experience . We asked for a particular product & we were shown that product, we were able to try different mattresses & chose the one we liked. In terms of bedding, we were happy with the items we saw, & weren't pushed to buy things we were not sure about. Great service
