I am highly satisfied with my experience at you Dreams store in Cwmbran mainly because of the great knowledge of your staff name Jan with the product were looking for. She is very friendly , accommodating and hospitable.

Not being a big fan of shopping, my experience in your store was very pleasurable. No pressure selling, courteous and friendly staff, and felt like I was buying rather than being sold something I did not want nor have any interest in.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgable.

The sales assistant, Lynne, was very helpful and approachable. I explained what I was looking for and she guided me to a few different mattresses. She talked about the various characteristics of the mattresses, and suggested I try them out. She also explained the 40 day guarantee and the Dreams sales process.

Personal customer service. Nothing was to much trouble.

Sandra was engaged in the conversation, it is so important and doesn't happen in so many stores. I didn't feel that she was trying to sell to us, more that she was trying to advise us about getting the best bed to meet our needs. We had originally come to the store to buy a bed based on the dimensions and descriptions that we'd found on your mobile web site when we were at home. When we got to the store, we found that these measurements were wholly incorrect and didn't even match up to those on your desktop web site. We use a lot of e-commerce sites and depend on them, so we were pretty unhappy and felt that we'd wasted our time coming to your store, however, Sandra engaged with us and really went back to basics about the beds and made the buying process easy. I believe that we came away with a good bed at a good price for us. We also felt comfortable about the sale, and felt that we could trust Sandra.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the quality of the mattresses available, she was also very sociable.

Excellent service and product knowledge

Sandra was great! She asked us what our requirements were, explained and showed us the differences in matresses and pillows! So instead of endlessly looking around hundreds of beds (as we had done in another bed store) she helped us find what we wanted quickly! Sandra made us feel welcome, offered us coffee and afforded us time and patience whilst we made out minds up!! I would definitely advise anyone who is looking for the right bed to go to Dreams!!
