Customer service excellent offered drinks on arrival the sales lady was fabulous knowledgeable on what I was looking for,I walked away knowing I had the deal I was looking for,this is my third bed from dreams first 2 beds still as good and comfortable as the day I bought them.hopefully this is my last bed I will buy or will it be many thanks to the lady that served me she was great.

Welcomed upon entry into shop and was assisted straight away. Brief discussion of our needs and current problems. Assistant understood and gave us advice on products that may suit our needs. Plenty of examples on show to try and various pillows to try aswell

The assistant was friendly and knowledgable . I asked if she would be able to store a display bedroom suit for me for a couple of weeks? not a problem for her to sort. She also made my wife and i coffee. Overall a very pleasurable experience.

The member of staff who dealt with us was highly professional and offered us exactly what we were looking for within our budget. On the other hand she was not "annoyingly" friendly and even offered us a coffee. In the end we walked out of the store extremely satisfied with our experience at Dreams and it made our day over all. That is when we visited 3 stores previously that day and were ready to look even further.

Sandra welcomed us into the store but did not pounce on us to make a sale, which was nice. Sandra was attentive when we needed guidance and advice. The colour scheme of the bedding was a great help in identifying the type of mattresses we were looking for. Sandra gave us various pillows to try whilst trying the mattresses and made us feel comfortable. Sandranreally listened to what we wanted. Therefore, we ended up with a great new mattress and two new Therapur Cool pillows. The buying process was quick and easy.

I was able to find and test the mattresses I had chosen online, quickly and easily and te purcase process was straightforward.
