Sandra was a huge help, explaining the differences between the various products I looked at, and had clear info about the bed I chose.and was very clear about admin issues such as delivery times. The ordering process was very speedy and efficient. I had a friend with me who commented as we left the store on what a lovely lady Sandra was.

The experience of buying a new mattress was so much easier than I had expected and good help in the store. The problem experienced is that the details of local stores to us our home address as displayed on the Dreams website is out of date and this meant that we had a wasted journey to a store that had been closed over a year. Once we found the local store there were no problems at all, we fed back about the website being out of date.

We were undecided about buy just the Base or buy Base and mattress. Sharon asked when we bought our mattress and was we happy with it. My husband and both agerred we liked our mattress and it was only a year old but the bade was now looking shabby. She advised us if we liked our mattress she would recommend only buying a base. This surprised us as we had been in another store who was recommending buying both. She then showed us several bases and we had short listed two the first choice was not available for 6 weeks and then offered us a good deal on the second choice which we bought.

Assistants found an available headboard for me, arranged for me to be able to collect it the next day, and split the order to make this easy. They were great.

Jan was very helpful and knowledgable and was quick to price match as we had found the mattress cheaper elsewhere.

Very welcoming staff. Didn't hassle but offered help.
