Sandra was very helpful without beings pushed she knew her products and spent time exspaining ,I was very pleased when she said it was ex display and I could have a discount.will be shopping there again

From the moment I walked into the store i received a warm welcome. I did not feel pressured but knew a sales assistant was nearby if needed. I was given adequate information and this was given politely and friendly. The sale was quick and simple. I was offered a drink and made to feel very relaxed.

The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable about the products whilst at the same time not being overpowering trying to make a sale, and gave us lots of time to try out various types of matteresses.
