The shop assistant Ashley was not pushy but highly helpful, making my friend and I a cup of coffee and giving me space to make up my mind as to what I wanted. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

All in all I was satisfied, the manager was a little abrupt when we chose not to take your extra mattress protector @ £65. I was unconvinced by her explanation that we were 'stupid' not to take it.

This is our third purchase from dreams The first time a mattress del in December 2015 A new frame and mattress to be del on 22.03.16 - king size for our new bedroom Then a double bed for our other spare room with limited space to the artic - so this bed and mattress and we got the headboard so fabulous one shop stop Thank you the staff in Cwmbran are great very very helpful and great with the products.

We were served by Sandra who was very attentive without being pushy whatsoever. She showed us a number of mattresses to try based on what we were looking for, even gave us different pillows similar to what we have at home to ensure what we chose was the best and right choice, we even had a cup of tea during the visit which was a nice touch.

Sandra at dreams store in Cwmbran listened to what we were saying,and spent the time with us to buy exactly what we wanted.Very friendly first class service.

Efficient friendly staff

Service was prompt, friendly, helpful but not pushy.

On entering the store I could see that it was very clean and well laid out with all the beds and mattresses labelled clearly. After a short period of time a member of staff , Janette , approached me and offered assistance . She was able to show me several different mattresses in my price range and was able to discuss alternatives . At the point of sale she was also able to offer other things I had not considered such as guarantees and disposal of old mattress .
