The lady who helped us called Jan was extremely helpful and really knowledgeable abd ensured that we went away happy and with the best product for us

An assistant by the name of Jan was extremely helpful she listened to my requirements for a new mattress and then showed me 3 that she thought would be best for me she asked what type of pillow I used at home and then found one like that for me to use when testing the various mattresses, then made me a cup of tea and we talked about the various mattresses that I had tried. She was friendly and informative without being pushy. I would definitely go back to her at that store.

The sales lady was very knowledgeable patient and very friendly she took lots of time with us to make sure we purchased the correct bed and mattress to suit our needs

Highly satisfied with the service I received was offered a hot drink explained what I wanted and why they listerned to what I was saying then offered me advise on which mattress would be suitable for my needs were not pushy at all and listened to what I wanted and had time for me so great customer service overall

I originally went to this store on Saturday 31/1/2016 but it was so busy I couldn't get assistance. I came back today 1/2/2016 on a Monday late morning and what a difference. Lynne James was my assistant and she was great. Friendly, professional and actually listened to me. She was patient and even make me a cup of coffee. She didn't try to hard sell me and it was a pleasure having her help me. What a nice shopping experience. The validation code is 093

The sales advisor was very friendly had great knowledge on suitable beds for my back problems ,was readily available for any questions we had but equally gave us private space and time to try out beds and discuss things in private which we like nothing worse than people being in your face .

Lynne was friendly and helpful. The divan base we ordered was much cheaper than we expected to pay. However, we have not yet had our product delivered!
