Sandra listened to my daughter's requirements, she was able to answer all our questions regarding the reasons why some mattresses were more expensive, what we could expect from the product. The attention to detail was appreciated such as using a pillow similar to that used at home when testing the beds for comfort. Above all Sandra was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and was helpful without being "pushy" which is why the purchase was made on the day, we had gone just to look at the quality of a bedstead and ended up with what I hope is the perfect bed
