Sandra the manager was very helpful showed my wife and I the mattress what we wanted and try tried the mattress out in the showroom,and told when we can expect it to be delivered and the time slot for that day.Very happy so far.

Excellent product knowledge and advice

I have a long term debilitating injury and needed a new bed I could adjust as soon as Janette came to assist me I felt she took my circumstances into consideration when advising me even to the point of suggesting the higher base to make it easier for me to get in and out of the bed not at anytime did I feel rushed just another sale I felt I was being treated like a person which means a lot

I was helped by Sandra who could',t have been more helpful. She obviously was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest the beat for me, not always the most expensive. I hope that I will be as happy with the product as I was with Sandra's service

Sandra was really helpful and her product knowledge was excellent I have a medical condition and she advised the best option for me I wasn't really looking to spend as much as we did but Sandra broke the value down and put my mind at ease with how much I was spending

Lynne our sales assistance was fantastic, we sort of had an idea of what we wanted and she was very understanding and showed us a variety of beds and furniture. We did take up a lot of her time and she did not mind at all. She did do her very best with all our queries and it was nice to have honest feed back. We had a budget and Lynne helped us within our budget range.
