Sandra was polite and obviously had a great knowledge of the products. I went in once whilst still browsing other various shops and upon my return almost a week later she remembered who I was an what I was viewing previously. Also made a great cup of tea and was friendly. Great sales person as not pushy.

I was approached to see if I needed assistance on entering the store. Advised I wanted time to browse and then was given assistance when I needed it.

We decided to purchase a new mattress and visited the store, the assistant was very helpful and informative. The purchase was made quickly after we explained what we wanted and what we did not want. We were surprised that if we are not satisfied with our purchase we can change it within 40 days.

The assistant was extremely friendly, she listened to our needs / requirements and suggested alternatives for us to consider. She encouraged us to try each alternative and then after making our choice she suggested we try them again to ensure that we had selected the ideal mattress
