My husband and I did not have any intention of purchasing a mattress on the day we entered the shop. We were just pricing up and seeing what was available for our needs. Your assistant was too helpful. This is not really a critisisam but we left purchasing a Tempur mattress.

Very impressed with the high quality of service we received from Sandra the store manage. Very knowledgeable and informative, no aggressive sales. Everything necessary was explained to us. We were very well looked after during our visit and was even offered beverages whilst looking at the beds. Excellent service throughout and we will certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family. We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff as on as we entered the store. After spending some time looking and trying products a lady named Lynne advised us on our needs and was more than helpful. We felt confident with her that she was selling us exactly what we needed and not being 'fobbed' off with the most expensive product. She was knowledgeable and friendly but also professional and she made the experience an enjoyable one. After payment Lynne and another member of staff (Sandra) I believe went above and beyond to arrange a convenient delivery date as the original one meant I would have been receiving delivery of 3 mattresses whilst on my own in the house. I thank Lynne and Sandra for your help and making this experience a better one.

The excellent Sales assistant from entering the door until the time we left the shop . She had very good product knowledge and was extremely courteous in her approach . A very good shopping experience .

The customer service at the store was very good the sales man was very helpful with us choosing the bed that we wanted also deliver personnel tiny and Ian were very cheesy an cheerful people who did there job to a very high standard an was very quick at doing it
