Rang up to see if a bed was in showroom. Manager was waiting for us to arrive and remembered the discussion on the phone.

The assistant was very helpful and not at all pushy, trying to sell us something we didn't really need. She gave us good, well-informed advice. She then left us to make our choice. When we looked around to ask for more information she was standing by. All in all it was a good shopping experience. We would recommend both the shop and the product and certainly the staff we encountered. Well done.

We were approached by the assistant who asked if we could find what we needed. The colour coding was clearly explained to us and the differences between items was also explained. We were not pressurised in any way and were given ample time to make our decision. The conclusion of the purchase was completed professionally yet in a friendly manner.

The assistant. Sandra, at the Cwmbran store went out of her way to help. She sorted out delivery and call twice the day following our visit to the store, to update us on the delivery prospect. With her help we then ordered the two Houston sofa beds and she said she would telephone us with updates.
