I walked in,was greeted by Sandra, who knew exactly what I was looking for and assisted me accordingly. Sandra, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and listened. It was a very good, swift and pleasant experience from start to fhhish. Top marks!!!!!!!!

On visiting the Cwmbran store my wife and I were approached within 3 minutes by Sandra the store Manager. She made us feel very welcome, She asked open questions, on what we were looking for with no pressure. Her knowledge and guidance on mattresses and to what type of pillows would be best for both our needs was excellent. After going through various options trying various mattresses we made a decision. We sat down with a coffee and tea, discussed the various options of how to pay. I can honestly say that Sandra is a credit to your company, and we would recommend and definitely return to the store, especially if she was still there.
