The staff were immediately attentive and very helpful. I went back to the store about 4 times, but there was never any pressure from them to push me towards a particular product. They were merely helpful and seemed to want me to find the right bed for our needs.

My partner & I made two visits to dream and both were brilliant. The store assistant, Conor, was very professional, knowledgable and understood exactly what we needed. He spent plenty of time with us and made sure we knew all the about the beds we liked. We made a second visit to Dreams a few months after our first visit and glad we did.
