my wife and I went into the Cwmbran shop to buy a mattress,we where shown a selection of mattress,and we bought a ambience s mattress,the lady assistance was very good,5 star service,T H Guy.

The assistant was extremly helpful as I needed the bed and matresses the next day and she went out of her way to help me. Very, very happy.

Conor the assistant looked after myself and my daughter who was buying mattresses and beds also. We were offered coffee and not at any time rushed. he answered all of our queries. Sold us new pillows that he brought for us to try out. he made the whole experience really enjoyable.

The friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of Lynne was first class. We also liked the colour coding of beds which enabled as to narrow down our focus on what we wanted. The goods appeared to be of good quality however we will only be able to give a true evaluation once we have tried them out.

A very professional assistant who gave us plenty of time to think over the options she put before us. There was no pressure to buy not like other shops we visited before visiting dreams. The assistant said she would be retiring soon, I think it will be your loss, and the loss of future customers of Dreams.
